Game 4 officially starts riiiiiight now, and ends August 31st.
Most of the changes and stuff have been posted; please read them when you have time! We'll still be announcing a couple more things, so please stay tuned.

moogle_workshop is now open, and we'll have minigames and contests up soon.
And once again, everyone please check your invites for alliances, and new mods, please check invites to mod comms that I should have reminded you about earlier. LJ has been bad about e-mailing notifications about invites, but you should be able to see them here.
