Thank you for the suggestion! You have a very good point -- we're tiny right now and six teams is a lot. I want to keep the classes relatively separate but I do think it's a good idea to have two teams be allied into a larger team, and combine their point totals. This could be doubly beneficial because roax brought up the possibility of having very uneven teams due to the sorting process, so one way to solve that might be to pair up the largest team with the smallest team, the second largest with the second smallest, etc.

Also a note: this comm is going to be a little strange in that there will not theoretically be limits to how many points one person can earn because there will be a fanworks comm where people can always post fanworks for (a smaller amount of) points. I based this off of another comm (westerosorting) where there were about 12-18 members in each team towards the end of the first game and it still worked out. Obviously we're quite a bit smaller than that right now, though, so I'm willing to do some kind of team-combining thing if necessary.
