...as far as I recall it was meant to be an airship_lounge activity, if the avatar booth had actually taken place, since we were anticipating that people might want an alternative method of showing off the avatars they spent so much cash on, especially if they were considering banners as well. I also remember someone suggesting just... a nice spot to show off the banners, like trophies or something.
