Yep, it's still open. Two people have applied already but applications will stay open until next Friday, when Ari and I will pick from them.
There are about 3-4 minigames going on at once and they typically last a week, but can go longer depending on the complexity of the activity. With the number of mods FFMG has, usually you're running one activity at a time and then start up a new one shortly after the last one ends. Sometimes people run two at the same time.
As for how much time goes into it... I'm not really sure. It depends on the activity. Some things (like puzzles and creative activities) I basically just write up an activity post and then close it up one week later (very minimal work) while some activities (like interactive games) require frequently replying to people's comments and/or tracking some kind of data. Some activities like March Madness require me to make posts and do tallying every day, which is also a bit time-consuming. And for the puzzles, sometimes they take a long time to create and sometimes it's a matter of using a tool on the web and bam they're done. It's maybe about 3-6 hours of work a week? You may want to also ask arivess or lightofeilia to see how much time they usually put into it.
